Designing always with the location in mind, the back lit wall behind the reception desk was patterned with local frangipani flowers. Designed for Blackstone Investments while at the Rockwellgroup.

Concept Presentation: Port Cochere, Hotel Lobby, Restaurant, Guest Rooms and Corridors Freelance work with Starwood and Rockwellgroup Project Manager: Christine Scholtz and RG Team Contribution: Floor plan and some computer rendering with PS, worked with Jamie Akers on major renderings, Materials and Presentation Layout, later developed FFE specifications, coded FP and preliminary budgets

Concept Design to Final Contruction Completion Renovation of the Chapel, Lobby, Lounges, Meeting rooms and Rooftop addition Teamwork with Bush Architects, BA (base building architect) Project Manager: Sandra Rodriguez and BA Team Project Duration: 5 years, 9.2019 until final details on 12.2025 Contribution: All Design intent drawings for all areas. Project management. Worked with Karen Foley and others to produce all computer renderings, materials and presentations, developed FFE budget, specifications and purchasing services for over 500k in FFE.
